What a marvelous string of Haiku for the contest - this has winner all over it! Charming tribute to your mom as well ... my mom taught us always, and taught my brother and I what she taught our sis, vice-versa, (including knitting, darning, sewing, ironing, baking, cooking, everything!), as she knew someday we'd be bachelors and would be ahead of the game. I am SO thankful for that and the culture she infused us with, as well as appreciation for hard work. Blessed was I - as YOU were! Love it!!

Even if you composed this from your imagination, you were one lucky girl! Aloha! Rico

i love how you focused only on your mom. I should have thought to do mine that way, instead of being all over the place! Love this, Caycay Thanks for liking my old jalopy poem. I"m hoping Rob will do a screwed contest for it or something. haha
