Maid of the Mountain - Who Are You - Fantasy Character Contest

I am the maid of the mountain Hovering above the hills Looking for lost souls To guide them on their way Back to the warmth of their today Me, I have no one to love Tragedy forsook me young I now relive in the imagination of others I can see them, they imagine me I am the answer to many a prayer I soothe the souls of despair Asking nothing in return I spend my days watching and waiting One day my spirit will be free To twist and turn through destiny

I almost went for humor in my comment, but surely your poem is too nice for my barbarism. I like the poem, is it truly fantasy or do you see these elements in yourself? Do you see this as your fate? Great work Seren, you should do great in the contest
