Magical Moments
The rain is not wet enough,
the sunshine not so warm.
He goes out to do
a little moody grocery shopping.
People are driving too fast
or too slow.
The shop shelves
are bare of what he needs,
though he doesn't know
what he needs.
At the candy aisle
he considers ending it all,
but then, of a sudden,
a wild joy
uplifts -
there are jellybeans!
