It is truly magical to look up on a clear night and see so many stars. Sadly, because of light pollution here I don't see as many as I would like. Your words have painted a fabulous picture of the sky at night Tom, and like you I am completely awestruck by it. Great write Tom. With kindest thoughts Ann xx

Thank you Ann, it's a pity that light pollution seems to be getting worse. The way its going there won't be many places left to view the wonders of the heavens. Tom

Creating animals and telling stories from the stars always fascinated me ... nowadays, light pollution is making that glory and wonder harder to see. I may have to check out this contest myself.

Thanks Timothy, Im lucky as the light pollution is not too bad where I am. It was my original entry but then saw you have to use the visuals that the sponsor provided, a worn out piano or a pile of stones on the beach, ( a cairn I think they're called) Tom
