Love turns the world around on poetry soup No one REALLY knows what is going on in our life Our daily battles can cause us terrible pain and strife Perhaps we should show a little more tolerance and understanding People make assumptions - they should not be so demanding We can hide our true feelings, we may even wear a ‘mask'. - Kaos with the love in the soup..... contains too much petty jealousy and ego - Love expands - it becomes more of it when we share ...... cooked at low temperature with a teaspoon understanding ! - GREAT WRITTEN, JAN ! - hugs and GL in contest // Anne-Lise :)

I'm just saddened here lately for many reasons Andrea but no one but us truly knows what is going on in our lives - Yes I wear a 'mask' and hide behind my humourous poems as I can write them at the drop of a hat but only I know what is really going on - I just wish there was a little more compassion:-( hugs Jan xx

At the end of the day Arthur no one but us knows what is really going on in our lives ... I've seen people so badly affected by issues here that they have left and that really saddens me a little more tolerance would go a long way:-( hugs Jan xx"

WOW!! This poem stands out with such realism that should be the way everyone should walk and write of the beauty of things does have a fine ring to it instead of abusing one's preconception of their own value system. I left another poetry site because of what ignorant people behave.

Lovely to meet you Eva - I hope you find what you are looking for on here - there are issues here as there are in any community but I do think tolerance and understanding goes a long way ... I wear a mask when i write - no one but me knows what my life issues are but i do try and write with humour whenever i can and if I can raise a smile that sure makes me happy:-) hugs jan xx
