Inspired by Mike Gentile's "Race for Tomorrow"

When eyeing the pigment of your fellow man's skin Professing 'color-blindness' rings as hollow as tin Simply honor, rather -- and LOVE -- all colors under the sun Noah's 'rainbow message' for the ages ~ We are NOT all one!

Very true, we should see, and honor, all people - but just remember, our blood's the same color!

True, absolutely. No one's blood is 'redder' than anyone else's!!... And yet, we are not 'all the same' from nation to nation and culture to culture. The differences need to be respected, not papered over or ignored... Through honest respect of those differences much commonality can be found. Smiles, Gershon

Hi Gershon, Your words have a ring. We are all different colours but in the end we are all human beings. We are a rainbow world. Each colour is as special as the next. One day we may all come to see this. We are all God's children. have a wonderful Thursday. Your friend....Mike.

Oh, you've made my day, with the first line of your comment. I struggle to achieve some rhythm in 'social message' poems like this one. Thank you so much for your kind words. Best wishes, Gershon
