Loneliness
Loneliness requires self pity
A sorrow that sits on a throne
We pay homage to that pity
That screems at us"Alone!"
Perhaps we've been deserted
The worst alone of all
Perhaps we've been disguarded
And our hero's just moved on
Perhaps the years took away
Our peers one by one
Perhaps death was unwilling
To give another sun
Perhaps a promise was believed
And yet no one has come
