Little Things Mean So Much

The rose has long been the symbol of love It matters not, the red rose is universal Love has evolved through the centuries to the present Without this unique symbol To identify the passion one has for another We could embarrass ourselves By assuming the feeling is mutual However little signs help us notice the signs Small things that would otherwise go unnoticed A warm smile, the gentle touch of a hand The soft voice, the gentle words Such is the world of love Once you have passed through love's door
