Little magical wonders shimmery and bright Tiny power houses go zooming by Like mini helicopters when they fly Fluttering their wings, searching in flight A Female hummer dressed in her olive plume Zooming and landing on Feeders full of nectar Only for a second, tasting a sip, like an inspector Fluttering and Zipping, over flowers in bloom Ruby red male, so magnificent and small Feeding on beautiful flower bouquets Precious gifts of nature on summer days Leaving soon to migrate, I will miss them all 9/9/18
