"Loves the worm with glasses on his green head,
Mom reads the book when it is time for bed."
Quote - by Constance
I remember that sweet day you were born,
you were the prettiest baby ever;
it was April on a delightful morn,
and I knew- I would love you forever.
The very first thing you learnt was to smile !
Of course, at first you only slept a lot,
soon, you found the baby in the mirror;
you, mom and dad made a perfect love knot,
there is no little girl for me dearer.
Then, came Jolly Jumper and a toy pile !
And we discovered that you loved all books,
so, we aunts kept giving you baby rhymes;
but, you could not read and only took looks,
you love books at bedtime and anytime.
Sitting up you hold books from your stockpile !
You crawl ... now just about ready to walk,
and have rhymes on cats, butterflies and birds;
mom reads to you in a rocking chair rock.
about green worm talking ... teaching with words.
and I read to you too once in a while !
