Listening to the wind whisper her name
as cerulean waves cascade to shore;
love sparks passion's all-consuming flame.
Cupid's arrow boasts an uncanny aim,
striking my heart at its romantic core;
listening to the wind whisper her name.
Seeking no answers nor assigning blame
as trust cuts keys that unlock every door;
love sparks passion's all-consuming flame.
Primordial urges run wild to tame
summoning feelings, I wish to explore;
listening to the wind whisper her name.
Naked and yet oblivious to shame,
happier than I've ever been before;
love sparks passion's all-consuming flame.
Completely different, and yet the same,
I'm in love with an angel I adore.
Listening to the wind whisper her name,
love sparks passion's all-consuming flame.
