pinball

"He ain't got no distractions, can't hear those buzzers and bells
Don't see lights a flashin', plays by sense of smell
Always has a replay 'n' never tilts at all
That deaf dumb and blind kid sure plays a mean pinball"
"See Me, Feel Me, Touch Me, Heal Me"
Lyrics by The Who for the "Tommy" Musical

-----------------------------------------------------------

Listen to poem:
Where would I be if the sun never rose? If the night became eternal? If the batteries and power plants ran out and failed? If we were all made blind and could not see? Would we adapt to feel me, touch me, hear me, taste me, kiss me, heal me? Or would we expire, light quelled? The play must go on! Break a leg!

I really like this and how you were inspired by the pinball wizard song. Always loved that quote you chose from the song

Surely we would adapt! I had to listen to Tommy back in Middle School :)
