Light of Self
Resplendent in the light of Self,
free from support of narrow thought,
with no agenda on our shelf,
in silence we become self-taught.
Leaving labours of mind behind,
resplendent in the light of Self,
choosing pathways loving and kind,
life flows on gently by itself.
The ego is an impish elf
but we dwell in the vibrant void,
resplendent in the light of Self,
no longer by desires decoyed.
With each heartbeat, bowed at God’s feet,
we thus invoke grace for ourself,
synced with bliss beats, we feel complete,
resplendent in the light of Self.
