Just as the light of the moon
Reflects the peace of a quiet night,
The light of the heart who believes
Reflects the peace of sweet intimacy…
With this Jesus who came to bring hope to you and me.
Just as the light of morning sun,
Reflects the joy captured by a rising Son,
The light of His grace, His kindness, His saving
Bleeds through the shadows, and He’s all that matters…
With this Jesus whose blood can redeem, we know love that is measured by belief.
Just as the light of the spirit,
Reflects the wonder of God’s gift to us,
The light shining through the darkest sin,
Is meant to remind us – we can begin again…
KNOWING….
With Jesus, all things are possible and even probable.
With Jesus, all the light that is brings gentle grace and love.
With Jesus, all the fears, the tears that ache, are left with the knowing… His love is growing in those who believe, His love is showing so that others can see. His love is flowing so that we can feel this peace….
With Jesus… there is the promise of God’s gentle embrace,
The promise of a love that will never fade,
The promise of a light that reflects the face of One who came…
To destroy the evil with a promise of love that can overcome,
Love that has won… love that has come to make a way for everyone…
To come home, to glory, where our light, Jesus Christ, is the SON,
The light that never dims, the light that reflects the joy within….
Hearts who believe He came to destroy sin,
He came to forgive and to make a way
For those who believe… to see the light….
As it blesses the soul and bestows hope on the spirit,
Redeeming a world through a cross that stood to hold the King,
So that light could enter into the hearts who believe He is risen,
He is love and He is hope – He is grace and we can cope….
Because He came to show us all….
Love is alive and Love never lies
Love is the answer that we’ll find…
If we simply look to the light where He abides,
Shining through a dark world,
Reflecting the wonder of God’s only Son,
Showing us all just what love has done!
