Life's Terms
These poems are old stories
They relight the candles to my darkest memories
We are going back to Neanderthals
Another Scientist exclaims "Wait! I think I have found the missing link"
Truth reincarnated, lies cross my path again
God is cloaked in darkness
Have you ever felt the Spirits down at Hobo Hollars
Well now I go down a road that the Devil says I can go no further
Love and suffering. Love I've been known to suffer from it
And they ain't no way you can persuade me into thinking that this world is a good place
And If I come across as evil don't misinterpurret the true meaning of Life and if you say to me
Anything that sounds like false sentiments, Oh I'll change then
You judge the book by it's cover and choose the one satan paints up, don't change the subject
I deliver unto, your the judge, Thank you for your time, now i leave you to your distractions
And I could'nt even imagine as we respond and control the reaction
pressed on all sides, to the point of death my soul is sorely vexed
No course, nor path desirable
So I look in all directions, If there is an opening I'll find it, I trust in my soul that searches for it
Maybe it just ain't my time yet, maybe It's all about your mind-set
Do I give up? No I just live up to my expectations
Yea they are higher than privacy fences with barbwire
Think outside of the box, go with with your own advice and don't let others force it on you
