When Karter came this week, I had a sketch tablet and some colored pencil/crayon for him..I told him to keep a journal by drawing a picture each day..He immediately drew a picture of what they had done the day before that was cutting down four trees..He did a good job of drawing that with no help..I hope that he does find time to draw something each day..I also got a very small container of Playdough and we made some snakes..He liked that one..Phyllis heard from the doctor and the abnormal place was benign..The doctor said that he would get with the radiologist and decide whether to leave the place or remove it so she still might have to have surgery..Sara

I'm glad you had a good time with Karter this past week. That means a lot! I'm so happy that Phyllis's spot was benign, that make me so happy! I was worried about that Sara! Thank you for the update!

Sunshine, It is so good that the place is benign..I hope she doesn't have to have surgery but if she does at least it won't be for cancer..Thanks for dropping by..Sara

Hi Sara, I enjoyed reading what you shared with Karter. Sad about Phyllis too. But, this is life, as you say. There are naturally ups and downs. This is so true !

Heidi, Thanks for dropping by..I am glad that you enjoyed this..Karter doesn't stay interested in anything very long so those two things did not last but about 20 or 30 minutes each..I am hoping that his attention span gets longer so that he can stay occupied with something a little longer..Your presence at my work is uplifting..Sara
