they say life after the age of retirement is easy... as you grow older body muscles weaken harder to do things... enjoy and chase your dreams build those structures with hope life can be rewarding while you have it even though it’s hard work to live approach them with strength

Good advice, though I am now undertaking a series of check ups for my heart. Already cost me 480 dollars, not to mention the taxis I had to take and more to come :)
