Life Life isn’t always sweet like a bowl of cherries ... some days it's the pits Written after our friend Gwen passed away last week, she had only lost her husband in November Both of them succumbed to cancer. 09/01/20

I was totally numb when i found out, the week she died we had a text saying we would meet up when she was home from hospital:-( hugs Jan xx

Thanks Mark it has been a huge blow we knew she was terminally ill but didn't expect her to pass so suddenly as only the week before she was saying we would meet up:-( hugs jan xx

Hello Jan, oh, this is so true. When you have a very close friend and she gets sick and passes, you feel the loss of her. I know I lost a very close girlfriend. I miss her. Everyone at her funeral got a bookmark with her photo on it. Now I feel she is close to me. hugs Darlene xxxx-ooo

We knew Gwen had terminal cancer diagnosed in February and despite her last text from hospital it was so positive that she would be home soon and we could meet up so news of her death knocked me for six - she will always be in my thoughts - we share the same birthday:-) hugs Jan xx
