Let's Write a Poem Instead

Lucifer offered me a Lamborghini. I said, “No thanks.” He said, “that voluptuous woman over there is yours if you wish.” Again, I said “No thanks.” He opened a suitcase, and it was filled with nothing but cash and jewelries. “It’s yours,” he offered. “No thanks,” I said. “You’re no fun. Is there anything you want?” He asked. I replied, “I want to write a poem for you, and I want you to write one for me too. Will you?” Then he said, “It’s been awhile. Perhaps… Perhaps I could write one. Just for you.”

Fascinating subject matter and particularly the conversation with Lucifer. I am not convinced that most men would take all of the aforementioned before settling for a poem. Whew!
