Let's Never Let Go
Serenade me with all the wealth your heart can hold,
fear not the kismet that we shall encounter with ease-
Be with me when the sangria sunset fades into dusk…
and I shall never let you go.
I knew not a life of romance until you tarried down a path
that led right to a threshold that made my existence complete.
You knew not a life of passion until you gazed into my essence…
and you shall never let me go.
Forget the days when yore was an ebon night devoid of stars.
Reminisce on moments that made us what we are, sweetheart-
I never knew how endearing life could be with your soul in mine...
and we shall never let each other go.
