Great one dear Gershon. We are humans. We keep making mistakes. With contrition we turn away from old mistakes only to fall into newer ones.....

The idea is cute in Hebrew: 'Lo oseh; lo toe'eh.' Which means 'If you don't do anything, you'll never make a mistake!
