Lekker

There was an old hag called Rebecca,
Who haunted the shore as a wrecker,
As she flashed out her light
To the ships in the night,
She cackled, ‘I know I’m no lekker.’

Congratulations on your win with this entry. She must have been on the shore on the Gulf Coast flashing her light at the Triumph.

: ) hehehe!! At least she had no delusions! This is really great, Jack. I'm not very good at Limericks but I enjoy them so! Another poet who's great at this form is our friend, Carolyn. My best wishes for the Winners' List. Always, Annalise
