Leaving Footprints

Leaving footprints Whipped cream clouds on strawberry sherbet skies reflect upon balmy turquoise waters rolling in the rhythmic cadence of our ever beating hearts In solitude we stroll down an endless beach framed by opaque weathered dunes and seashell dreams at the edge of white foam borders quivering Leaving footprints harmonic impressions, rippled patterns of love along a soft whispered shoreline longing passion’s embrace I kiss you, deep and lingering, quenching the thirst of my desires with moist ambrosial flavors of your warmest affections While meandering waves gently caress sand coated, tanned skin as we share our love beneath a pastel painted sunset sky, on a perfect summer evening Good night Soupers

Those strawberry sherbet skies...A beautiful sunset . These words make me wanna stroll alone..close to the sound of splashing waves ...leave my footprints on the sand..and wait for spuming stars to shine...Mesmerizing .I am the one who wish to be able to write just like you dear friend.Lovely.

Thanks so very much my sweet friend, but alone??? Evenings like this are so much better when shared with another. I am happy I got to share this poem with you. And you wish you could write like me???? Your poetry is so beautiful, why would you want to take a step down? :)

What is so beautiful about this poem, if I may be so bold as to say, you wrote the words, however, you live them as well , as I see by the kind comments you leave to others, thus making this poem more potent! a fav by the way!
