Last Twilight's Fragrance
Waiting for the last Sunset
a calendar reminds of the days,
the days those are left in life
a life that longs now more Sun rays.
A jasmine tree just outside
outside the window facing west,
fills each evening with fragrance
a robin greets from its nest.
Eagerly waiting for each Sunset
though it reminds leftover days,
last twilight in the life's sky
do you know its fragrance?
Looking back to life's ways
kneeling down to bleeding heart,
baring it to the lonely soul
begging pardon for trodden path.
There will be robin's greeting call
even after the last Sunset,
twilight's fragrance will fill the room
find the soul in eternal rest.
