Kryptonite

Sometimes I feel like Superman After bathing in Kryptonite; I know that I have super powers But nothing turns out for me just right. I should be faster than a bullet And see through walls with my sight; But my vision is all blurry And I’m slowed by Kryptonite. I would like you to be my Lois Lane And stare at my “S” in shapely tights; But I feel more like a weak Clark Kent Overdosed on Kryptonite.

Maybe Kryptonite isn't all it is cracked up to be and Clark Kent has some other super power he is hiding. Anyway bet he can't write as super a poem as you do. Congratulations on your win. Love, Joyce

I would happily assume the role of Lois. Was a Superman comic book fan as a child and, obviously, you enjoyed the man of steel as well. Congrats on your win, Joe! Love, Carolyn

An experience we mortals can all relate to, Joe. In all aspects of our lives there're those times we're slowed by "kryptonite".So we do the best we can..Love this. To my favs. Peace, Audrey
