Kim

A good friend to us all is our Kim,
Who wears bikinis when off for a swim,
Of course we all dig her,
With her gorgeous figure...
But it’s Jim that Kim is keeping trim.

Hello Kim... yes of course the limerick refers to Jim the trim and your ongoing battle to keep him that way. I don't think there will be too much cringing done; there might be requests for photos.
