Just To Name a Few
So you want to know my story?
Just lean in, but it's doozy one.
My story was never a happy one.
There was no endings,
Just suffering and pain,
As I feel one's love and rejection.
Her skin was as smooth as one's soul,
But one showed better affection,
Care,
Strength,
And I know what I am.
I am just a disgrace
To humanity,
Because she showed me that.
I never could find a love,
As soothing,
Or generous as her.
But it seems as my fate
Was one devised so cruel,
That it hurt the eyes of who saw it,
And hurt the people who felt it.
My story was never a happy one,
And that was just the beginning.
