Just listen to the silent scream I listened, I heard I heard about listening I came and I saw That my future was glistening I choked and I yelled and I screamed and I cried Everyone was there But the noise was inside I begged and I pleaded To be rid of my anxt But still at my heartstrings and my gut ,it yanks My sanity is sacred Few and far between “I am not like them “ I said For I am a Queen My patience runs thin Mostly angry at me Angry at God Whom I don't even believe Like a small grain of sand I now sit on this beach For serenity I scream For silence I reach

I think we all have our moments when we want to be closed off from the world and rest in the solitude of ourself. I have had and still do my moments with God. I struggle with personal religious beliefs everyday and really not sure of it all. Well written poem.

I do often feel closed off from everything and everyone because I can not share my true feelings with another. Having the strength to endure and leave the rest of the world to worry about their own worries is a great quality. Hopefully it isn't a road to insanity . All we can do is re- evaluate
