Just so you know, I will give you my summer
Until the leaves change, then I'll be gone
Nay, let us play, let us frolic and plunder
Every day together, until the last dawn
Twelve weeks for us to chase the sun, such
Escapades to seek, so many exploits to chart!
Expect all, until fall, then I won't have much
Not for the winter is my Peter Pan heart
Turning seasons so briefly offer its glory
Honor its abundance and restore its story.
