Glorious dawn, morning sun
Rising high, high, higher
In a gentle cerulean sky
Awakening the earth to promises
Fresh moments, new thoughts
Raining down inspiration, joy
To hearts who know His love
Grows stronger inside the one
Who feels His presence, alive,
Inside the sunrise, the birth
Of a new day, a new way
A new kind of hope penetrating
The silence of daybreak
Wonderful dawn, first hope
Painting the moments in delicate
Light, soft glow of a rising sun
Soaring across the silence of a sky
Blazing with promises, vows
Gentle embraces from the winds
Who whisper faith on the feelings
Blended with soul soothing serenity
Sensations of sensitivity and comfort
Breaths of melody, songs, psalms
Grace poured out on the soul who knows
He is life abiding on the inside
Where He knows my every thought
Each word I speak, everything known
To my soul – He knows and He shows
My heart the way to complete peace
