Joy Glimpses

Scent of dawn light Right by your side, True love moves flight In swift joy ride. Violets in bloom Whisper sure poise, Joy fills each room With laughter's voice. Love wears a face Textured with hope, Warm touch of grace Sculpts fragrant scope. In your fond smile A profound truth, Your beauty styles Wonder as proof. There was a time: Brief sunlit gaze, When youth did rhyme Such curious craze. Sketch fond surprise Where wonder sits, Here love thrills prize In lasting wit. My darling dear Swift years have flown, But lasting cheer Each day has grown. Joy floods each face With fancy grand, Love thrills our space Dear lover friend. Around the sun We race around, Share witty pun To glimpse fond grounds. Laugh and laugh dear With mundane chores, Uplift wise cheer To flourish more. How fancy frees The ample urge, Just you and me, Love in full surge. Leon Enriquez 19 August 2017 Singapore
