Journal

Brisk ink stains twist Crisp curls of lines, Words that hurl gist Of deep thoughts fine. Verse in plain feel Tell of touch here, Odd pause of spills That tell of cheer. Each stanza speaks To dwell on poise, Thrills in fond peak By way of choice. Echoes of needs Where wants mellow, In surge of feed That tact follows. Plain verse and rhyme Can work most deep, To spark clear chimes Ere drooping sleep. Journal page writ Where ink spills lot, Cursive words fit My diary thoughts.
