Jesus Forever the Victor - Matthew 4: 8-10

The devil is prowling around seeking to be God luring whoever he is a fallen angel who sought victory but he faced the victor who did deliver Satan took Jesus up so very high there to show him kingdoms all over even to point out their very glory but Jesus knew it all with a deep sigh Many people don't believe in the devil not a personal one like scripture declares but Jesus shows here how real he is so claiming the victory over his dares Satan tempts Jesus to bow down and to worship this evil spirit alone offering God's son all He already has but Jesus being God needed no loan Jesus showed His unlimited power telling the evil one to go away to serve and worship the living God the only one to bow before even today (8 Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. 9 And he said to him, “All these I will give you, if you will fall down and worship me.” 10 Then Jesus said to him, “Be gone, Satan! For it is written, “‘You shall worship the Lord your God and him only shall you serve.’”) Matthew 4: 8-10(ESV)

Jesus is always victorious Gordon but that doesn't mean we should become complacent because evil is everywhere.. Hope you're keeping well, enjoy the week ahead. Tom

There are two forces.... existing simultaneously.... the Good represented by God and the Evil by the Satan ! No one can deny it ! If God too were tempted by Satan, how much he will try to tempt the weak humans.... Great thoughts dear friend !
