the trees pierce of sight with raven's eyes beyond the iron gate the stones now seal their whispered fate as hush of gossip falls in silence on the hill their lips now pucker of death's last kiss stygian old maids their blood drops crimson against skies rejected even by night

Dark and lonely, the fear is felt as night even rejects the approach. This was amazing, an eerie image is created in my mind as I read this. Fantastic my friend.
