It's Summer

The summer overflows with lengthy days, July 4 celebrations, freedom’s praise; trips to the beach, swim parties, heat and haze; more time for children's games in sun’s bright rays; indulging in a homemade ice cream craze, enjoyment of the county fair's displays-- while thoughts of winter's coldness do not faze. June 15, 2018

Another great thing about summer is it cost less to cool a house than it does to heat one! Sounds like you've got your summer days booked up, Janice. Don't forget the ice cold watermelon. A treat for the hottest of summer days! A fun read:)
