It's Alright Not To Be Alright

Know that it's alright not to be alright, to release those feelings, day or night. Sometimes you yearn to let out a scream, and shout to shatter the silence, to fulfill your dream. The weight of the world upon your soul, but remember, it's alright to lose control. When shadows dance and cloud your mind, and it is peace that you seek, sleep seems like an elusive find. It's alright to not be alright, to search for solace in the darkest night. Take a breath and let your worries go, for even the strongest hearts need time to grow. Embrace your struggles, face them head-on, for within the battle, your strength will show. Don't be afraid to seek a helping hand, a friend, a shoulder, who'll understand. Reach out in moments of doubt and dismay, for it's in these connections, healing finds its way. Remember, dear soul, you're not alone, in the struggle that's uniquely your own. It's alright not to be alright, my friend, for in vulnerability, true strength ascends. So let your tears flow freely, like a river's course, finding release, granting your heart a source, and when the fight feels too hard to bear, remember, it's alright, love is always there. In the depths of darkness, a flicker will ignite, guiding you through the longest of nights. Embrace your journey, however uphill, knowing it's alright not to be alright, but just know one day everything will be okay and look ahead better days are coming your way.
