It Wouldn'T Feel Like Christmas
If it were any warmer,
it wouldn't feel like Christmas;
the logs wouldn't crackle,
gentle mothers wouldn't read,
" A Christmas Carol " to their children...
watch how they smile, everything is magical!
If the snowman and the reindeer
weren't on the front lawn, with lights shining
on their frosty faces, nobody would stop by and look
and admire a wonderland miniature!
Come and I will invite you in for an eggnog,
hot coffee, or tea...taste my cinnamon biscuits!
