You are the one who brightens my life
With sweet songs of love, intimacy and insight
Soft feelings of hope that embrace my world
With joy, peace and exhilaration that lives
To caress my spirit with dreams of bliss
Feelings that combine to encourage me
With passion, warmth and perfect love
Love that lives to give my heart hope
Love that lives to bring me through hurts
Love that lives to keep me filled with joy
And knowing that this is the reason
My prayers have meaning and my thoughts
Are filled with inspiration and praise
For the One who gave me the chance
To reach my dream’s destination
My heart’s goal and my soul’s end
It is Him… who loves without conditions
It is Him… who gives without receiving
It is Him… who makes my life worth living
He knows the best and worst of me
And still He gives me hope of eternity
With Him, the answer to my prayers
For every need, care, fear.. everything
He is the One who brings me through
Gives me the wisdom to reach out in truth
Aware that I am imperfect but confidant
That with Him, I can give from within
All that I am, have been or will be
In love, I can give without any conditions
The Love that He gave me when He
Saved me, remade me, forgave me
It is Him… who makes me alive inside
Where I need His spirit to give me hope
For giving back a small part of all
That He has blessed my heart with!
