Is a Blank Page Magic

A blank page stares me down. I laugh, knowing I can best her. She seems to brighten, which seems odd. I almost see words on her page. How is she doing this? I wonder. Is a blank page magic? Yes, my soul whispers. You know that.

Oh yes. This is a fine metaphor. When I look at a blank page, I see all sorts of possibilities.
