Interlude 2

When fire burning Over the impoverished land Not for long I could see a beautiful image In my mind. But I don’t see your ugly appearance Although worried of the spreading fire. One day the fire will be extinguished After it became widespread And when it has gone Your stingy ugly image will be seen again Which cannot be driven away Nor I remain far from you. Rather unwillingly I will become A part of you.
