In the Library My Love For Books
My world changes when I step in through the double doors of the old library
A genre collection of leather-bound and gilt edging books displayed on the shelves
A birthing room of knowledge
Like a blossom that has been raised from a seedling
Rooting with the main stem breaking the soil with leaves coming forth
Using the water and energy of the sun
~
Embarking on a new exciting adventure everyday
A peaceful life of magical dreams
Love affairs and poetry that sings in my affection
~
In the old library I sit by the warm cozy fireplace with a fleecy throw on my lap
With a book embarking on a new adventure
