In a Box of Lost

If someone came to me With a box of my lost things I'd rummage through That box of lost I'll find my old stuffies Some old books My lost socks But I'd toss them aside And keep looking for No, not money Or jewelry And pictures I'd look and look Till I found you The love of my life My very best friend I was in so much pain when It came to an end But here is this box A box full of lost And I found you again And I'll never let go.

Thanks for this poem. It is beautiful imagery expressed through things and experiencing lost love, where pain release happens literally.
