Like a Black woman named Rosa Parks who said, “No!” Sitting silently in the front seat she chose to sit in Unmoving...knowing she might die on that bus, Knowing it was a necessary step to freedom. Imagine a freedom beyond imagination! Like two young astronauts opening the capsule door, Stepping out onto the surface of the moon Daring to take that “one small step” into history, “One giant leap for mankind.” Imagine a freedom beyond imagination! Like a young, adventurous pilot named Chuck Yeager Daring to go faster than any pilot had ever before Breaking the sound barrier, all alone up there, “Touching the face of God.” Imagine a freedom beyond imagination! Like courageous souls throughout the history of our nation Who, having stepped forward in gigantic leaps of faith, Knowing what they believed could actually be true.
