I'M Thankful

Author Dana Redricks July 28, 2023 In the realm of gratitude, I take my pen, to celebrate the blessings bestowed, again. For as I traverse life’s winding, arduous road, I find solace in the love that God has bestowed. I’m thankful for the trials that tested my might, for they shaped my character, polished it bright. Through hardships endured, I discovered the layers, of strength, resilience, and unwavering prayers. Each challenge, a chisel, sculpting my soul, to endure, to persevere, to keep my spirits whole. For in the struggles, hidden lessons reside, guiding me toward growth, side by God’s side. I’m thankful for the hurdles I bravely embraced, that led me closer to my destined, divine place. Every setback unveiled new opportunities, to uncover strengths, and embrace possibilities. But above all, I’m grateful for God’s divine love, a gift from heaven sent down from above, a treasure truly sublime. From God’s very heart, compassion overflows, lifting me up, above life’s turbulence blows. His love, a beacon, shining from above, filling my heart with warmth and eternal love. For when I falter, feeling lost and hopeless, His tender love, and embrace, I’m enveloped in his amazing grace. In this boundless love, I find my sanctuary, a refuge in turmoil, an anchor even in plight, He gives me strength to face the darkest nights. So, I’m thankful, profoundly, for blessings untold, for the love of God is immeasurable, and bold. For all the challenges I’ve faced, the hurdles won, I find refuge and solace in His warm embrace, knowing I’m not alone. In gratitude, my soul perpetually shall soar, for all God has done for me, I shall forever adore.
