A nine-line poetry form. The 1st and last lines are the same with the syllable count as follows: line 1 - 2 syllables, line 2 - 4 syllables, line 3 - 6 syllables, line 4 - 8 syllables, line 5 - 10 syllables, line 6 - 8 syllables line 7 - 6 syllables line 8 - 4 syllables line 9 - 2 syllables.

Darling, I'm so sorry for all, I've put you through. I know I haven't been faithful and you're the kindest soul I've ever known. Yet, despite the fact I cheated, please believe; I will love you forever darling. I failed to live up to the promises I made, and ended up breaking your heart. I would give anything to turn back time, but that can't excuse what I've done. I swore you'd be happy, and I'm sorry I failed. Forgive me if you can... pity me if you can't, for my heart is also breaking. Although there's no one to blame but myself I can't bear to see you crying, for it is all my fault. Can you ever forgive?
