Our seeming free will,
to forgive or kill,
offers us a chance,
to strike a balance.
If we’re the dreamer,
thus the redeemer,
there is no ‘other’ ~
each soul, our brother.
Ego makes a choice,
whilst love heeds God’s voice,
in meditation,
by resonation.
When we disappear,
that that does appear,
is pulsating light,
serving heart’s delight.
Touched by sensation,
yet in cessation,
the dance continues
in prismatic hues.
Spontaneous joy,
heeds not ego’s ploy,
for when yearning ends,
our will to God bends.
Though bliss beats placate,
we yet oscillate,
owing to bondage,
to fires that still rage.
Consciousness aware,
side-steps ego’s snare,
each moment awake,
tranquil like a lake.
