Ice Crystals On Glass

My heart warms writing about wintry days, Nestled inside while peering through the panes Painted frosty by the winter wonderland feys Their icy creations must have taken great pains. Nestled inside while peering through the panes Feet warming before the fireplace, sparking red Their icy creations must have taken great pains While I lay cozy and warm in a feather-tick bed. Feet warming before the fireplace, sparking red Their tiny fingers etching crystals on the glass While I lay cozy and warm in a feather-tick bed, Fine drawings I will later recognize as first-class. Their tiny fingers etching crystals on the glass Sealing them carefully with North Wind’s breath Fine drawings I will later recognize as first-class Until winter sun erases them in a warming death. Sealing them carefully with North Wind’s breath Painted frosty by the winter wonderland feys Until winter sun erases them in a warming death My heart warms writing about wintry days.

The ice crystals on glass are truly amazing, mother nature's masterpiece. Now that I'm older I prefer to watch winter from the warmth of inside. Tom
