You hit the nail on the head Christopher, I read lots of poems everyday on the soup, but only comment on the ones I enjoy, or if I think I can help answer the question their poem asks, occasionally I also comment on new poets to encourage them, but when they don't reply, I find myself asking why did I bother, cheers David

Sadly so do i David. Like you said it eventually gets to the point . Where you do think why am i bothering. It's like its fast becoming a writing and posting site . Not reading

Interesting comment in a poetry form, Christopher. I read nearly all of the new poems each day, and I comment on those I find interesting or have some response to. It's time consuming, but, at my age, what else have I to do???? Keep writing!
