The light was shining on her leaves just like any day. The birds sang in their nests sweetly, and squirrels ran up and down unaware of the doom. Mike, thanks for the visit and comment, so many beautiful trees around my home are being cut down, they say that they have a disease and could fall down, not sure I am believing that. It real hurts to see them fall.

Charles, thanks for the visit, I think the trees have a soul and feel the pain of the saw but some think I am crazy to think like that ~

Two weeks ago a tree in our complex had branches unnecessarily hacked off, and that really upset me. I've spent the last few years creating a small ecosystem on what once used to be barren ground, grass only. I am seeing new beings moving in or visiting all the time. A different bird, singing frogs, a new butterfly, bees, even a harmless snake.. I said to them, it's God's umbrella he's given you for free. They just chopped off more branches the next week. To love nature is to be spiritual. HUGS!

Aqua, thanks for visiting. I think that is wonderful what you are doing for the creatures and for nature. Yes, they sure love to chop off branches, happens around my home all summer.~
