I Stand

I stand to say what I choose to I stand up against many who have done wrong I stand to keep surviving, the winds that are strong I stand for what I believe in I stand by truth and always will I stand to speak for other victims who can’t I also stand for those who lost their lives I stand to do the best I can with my goals I stand through tears, through anger, Through pain and also happiness and joy I stand and will continue to, for this they can’t destroy Heidi Sands 8/30/17
